Library Sketching Series: Jezerka

This event is part of the Library Sketching Series. Over the next few months we will be visiting several branches of the Municipal Library of Prague. We will sketch the interiors of the libraries with their visitors and also the buildings from outside. The whole series will end with an exhibition. The goal of the whole series is to capture the life in the municipal library, its visitors, the environment, activities. This time we are going to visit the Jezerka library and sketch during a wedding ceremony.  As it will be a special moment I would like to ask you to come on time. I will tell you more details when we meet. 

Schedule

1:15 pm: Meeting in front of the the library. Then we will go to the first floor and sketch the ceremony from there. Who prefers to stay outside it's also possible. :)

IMPORTANT:

Use only pencils, pens, markers etc. (no easel and no loose materials such as bottled inks, jars of water, etc.).
Please, be respectful to the setting of the space and to the needs of visitors and become rather an invisible observer. 
We also would like to ask you not to relocate chairs and tables and to leave your spot clean after you finish. Thank you.

For New Members

Our events are open to everyone who enjoys drawing and urban sketching. There are no fees, just bring your own sketchbook and media you like. There is no formal tuition given but you can certainly get inspired by others. All levels are welcome!

If you have urban sketching questions or suggestions, please bring them up with the group admins.
