Urban Sketching: Kafka’s Head, the Giant Butterflies, Quadrio and Surroundings

Hosted by Hana Danková

Thursday, October 24 from 4:30 PM CEST

Let’s try something in movement this time… Kafka’s rotating head outside the shopping mall Quadrio or the giant butterflies installed on the adjacent department store My Národní (formerly Máj).

For those who aren’t interested in modern sculptures, the surrounding area offers countless other opportunities for drawing. And those who will be cold can always take refuge in a café inside Quadrio.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BEGINNING IS A BIT SOONER THAN USUALLY because it gets dark and cold early these days and that THE FINAL MEETING POINT IS INSIDE on the 1st floor of Quadrio.

Schedule

4:30 pm: Meeting at the head of Franz Kafka which is located here: https://en.mapy.cz/s/befazuduka

6:30 pm: Meeting in the foodcourt inside Quadrio (1st floor) and showing our sketches, probably chatting over a coffee or a cake to defrost 😉.
